So many thoughts, this is such a hauntingly beautiful look into so many of the roots of queer man culture, latin American authoritarianism, US imperialism, and most importantly cycles of power. I have to say im amazed and saddened by this book. Has to be one of the most important reads Ive had in years

I will allow no slander on pacing or continuity of this book bc this man was actively dying while writing this compelling autobiography

Omfg this mans life just started off CRAZY, im so sat

This book is lowkey killing my motivation to try and become a writer😭

But also this is taking such a microscopic lens to what it means to have an active social media presence, and the pressures/ woes that are associated with such a profession that is so public facing that its immensely vulnerable
