I randomly picked this book off the shelf without reading anything about it & it somehow is similar to C.S. Lewis’ books (I now know the author is deeply fascinated with him). Anyway, this book reminds me of my siblings and I. The joy and imagination of a child is so wholesome!

Honestly, thought this book was the midnight library when I picked it up, but I’m giving it a read. It’s really sad so far and just makes me wonder how people live life without God. These trials with God are so difficult and I just can’t imagine going through them without Him.

Hospitality is simply opening the door. Don’t confuse hospitality with entertaining.

Go ahead and skip chapter 30, but otherwise it’s graduation time!

Definitely seeing themes of Hunger games, Divergent, How to train your dragon, and even Wipeout/American ninja warriors all mixed into one. I’m so curious as to what the details of this world would look like on film. I’m enjoying imaging all the dragons too.
