Excited to see what is new with this story :) The writing is compelling!

It’s happening !!! Really interesting to see when this known mantra is first used by Celaena. Not any of the times she has been in obvious and immediate danger approaching.

This moment isn’t laced with initial life threatening danger, but a life altering fear of truth.

The plot is making sense again.

I want this to draw me in more than it is, unfortunately.

Will pick it back up because I’d like to see where it goes - I think?

I loved the first one, but just was so bored during this?? Idk. Almost not enough “downtown” in the book. Constantly go go go where I can’t even take in the characters thoughts, feelings, surrounds etc.

And also not a a fan of the “mind entity” thing
