Audibly giggled of excitement when I finished my current audiobook, and remembered I have THISS in my audible library to start. Heheheheeh.

Barthaloommeeewwww here I come.

I’m SO excited for this book. I admire VA so much, and it’s been soooo fun to follow along on her socials as this story has come to fruition.

The cover, sprayed edges, the MAP. Literally all STUNNINGGGGG. Can’t stop looking at it!!

Started this while on vacay, on a small lake. It felt right. Hehe

Oh I’m obsessed

✨audiobook✨

Is this going to be an another

•special girl gets noticed in slum-town via competition, gets brought to castle because she’s 🌼special🌼, makes friends and enemies , and takes down corrupt government from the inside out? With subtle romance?•

Yes, most likely. But do I become enthralled anyway? Also likely yes!!!

Excited to see what is new with this story :) The writing is compelling!

“I WILL NOT BE AFRAID, she told herself”

It’s happening !!! Really interesting to see when this known mantra is first used by Celaena. Not any of the times she has been in obvious and immediate danger approaching.

This moment isn’t laced with initial life threatening danger, but a life altering fear of truth.

The plot is making sense again.

I want this to draw me in more than it is, unfortunately.

Will pick it back up because I’d like to see where it goes - I think?

I loved the first one, but just was so bored during this?? Idk. Almost not enough “downtown” in the book. Constantly go go go where I can’t even take in the characters thoughts, feelings, surrounds etc.

And also not a a fan of the “mind entity” thing

Going in the DNF-Might Return to
Audiobook

This is going in the DNF shelf. Whomp! First try at contemporary romance and I just cannot vibe with the main character.

I don’t think I can finish it
MFC is just …. Eugh

I fear… I have picked the opposite vibes of what I could enjoy in a romance book. Main girl is kinda eh.

I just wanted to do a shared read!! For once!!

Trying a straight up romance for the first time yall… for the sake of a brewing book clurb
