This book is so heavy. It’s so frustrating that he didn’t have to face any repercussions. It’s so frustrating bc I truly can’t stand Vanessa and her not being able to face reality, but I’ve never experienced something like this, so I’m extremely conflicted. I hate when books make me feel like this 😭😭

Listening to the audiobook rn and the narrator is awesome. He’s great at conveying the emotions of the characters and makes it easy to differentiate between them.
