Okay detention with Dolroes was WAY worse in the books than in the movies and I'm so pissed about this lol. I hated her in the movies but man of man, she gets a SPECIAL kind of hatred in these books lol

Sirius is a bit annoying in this book. But other than his character, I'm enjoying it. So many questions already and I'm only on chapter 11. Loving it!!

Book is dragging a bit and I would have appreciated if the author let readers know beforehand that it was a dual POV writing style between the two timelines. Other than that, it's pretty decent. Keeping my interest enough to finish it but pacing is very slow.

Pretty good read so far. Definitely hooked.
