I LOVE this!!! It hurts to see Kaine going back to being distant after him and Helena were together intimately. It’s so hard to tell Kaine’s true feelings when he keeps shoving them down and we only see a sliver of them rarely.

I keep telling myself that there will be a good-ish ending, that things will get a little better, but idk. I’m worried about the ending!! please be good 🥺😭

I feel like the author doesn’t know much about Japan because why is she talking about guns and bulletproof glass when Japan has extremely restrictive gun laws and guns are only used very very rarely even by police. It doesn’t make sense??? It takes me out of the story when the guns are mentioned bc I don’t think it’s accurate?
