well that is a truly horrifying relevation thank you can't wait for the netflix adaptation to blast the audience with it

I fully understand the desperation of the situation, the rage and grief. The masculine ingrained mentality of 'I must protect and put everything right regarding both my family and community and control is how I'll do this'.

BUT

It's mad isn't it how men will think they are doing something for others and believe that 100% while not seeing what their actions are doing to those exact people.

I love when femlae authors just put men on blast for all their failures and harmful behaviours and how you save no-one from harm by hiding information from them.

My fucking flow was thrown off by the top of my earring falling off (it's a labret...how) and me searching in vain for forty minutes for something that never reappeared.

This is considerably more heavy with the weight of domestic abuse and the cycles of violence and behaviours of both those who perpetuate it and those who endure it held up by the allegory through a haunted house than the sort of funny haha spooky story I had expected.

I have not been afraid at all, I've laughed a few times but I am mostly SAD.
