I WILL finish this book before Halloween,

It rules.

Picked it back up over the holiday and am neck deep in it again. It really feels like you are reading something you shouldn't be. Love it.

The best explainer I've read on the physics of space and time.

And I just realized that means I've read a few books on the physics of space and time. Nerdcred!

I didn't want to be able to sleep for the rest of my life anyway.

Absolutely loving it. Offerman provides thoughts on all manner of topics in his usual deadpan way, and it couldn't fit the content any better.

I feel like this book wants to fight me... and it's awesome.

Disconcerting fun fact: I did have a dream about this book the other night. The narrator warned me about that.

So far, I'm absolutely hooked. Even just the intro provides an intriguing segue into the main book, promising you that if you continue reading: "and then the nightmares will begin." So psyched to pick it up each time to see where it goes.

A difficult read, but hard to look away. Completely enthralled so far.

Time for a Halloween re-read!
