As an audiobook- love the female voice, can’t stand the male voices. What is even happening? So cheesy. Not a thriller. Who actually writes a memoir like this?

Wait why am I not really enjoying this?! I thought this was supposed to be the best one!!

Slowly but surely..

Attempting my first Stephen King book 🤭 Was drawn to this one because
1. I heard this is not an actual horror book (I’m not ready to tackle that genre yet)
2. #100 on NYT readers choice top 100 books of the 21st century (goal is to continue to read through this list)
3. Movie was just re-released on Netflix and would love to read the book before watching

I maybe should have looked at some of my friends’ reviews before reserving this as the library but here goes nothing!

I told myself I wouldn’t read another Emily Henry book after I dnf’d “People We Meet On Vacation” but here we are….

This won Goodreads top romance for 2025 so I’m willing to give her one more chance!
