i’m literally burning through this book. it is proper and alluring so far and im excited to see the roller coaster continue…

i really wish ruby would get a effng backbone and discipline millie like, i know she doesn’t really care regardless but letting your child act and speak like that is foul

why are we at 4 different povs..and i get it millie is 16 but good god her pov and the forces used of modern slang is pretty cringey..especially when the next two sentences are used to explain it.

decided to reread and relive it

i feel like that spider man meme where they’re all pointing at each other…the plot twist has started but there is still so much that has to unfold for answers and i’m already shook

oh boy plot twist. it’s not only salem in danger of her past..but jud is too..

so far, so good. jud has this confidence about him and the bold brazenness is clear. but not necessarily in a cocky way. he’s a lot different than trent other than their smoldering attitude. i’m very curious for how this all unfolds for salem and what her dark secret is. why she’s been running..

I was actually shocked by how much i liked this. this one was just so different than most cliches.
first: the writing was IMMACULATE ! like seriously, the way of the words is indescribable.
second: the way the spice wasn’t just spice.
the spice was good but it was nice to experience in a different way. it was written super graphic/ explicit. it was emotional and left to the imagination.
AND THE PLOT TWISTS!

i have no words i am shook at all of the turns this book managed to take me on in this single chapter
