Did not hit for me. Among other things, why were there so many characters? I couldn’t keep track. And why were they ALL divorced?

I was going to try to reach pg 1000 but the next 20 pages are a discussion of the use of slang in literature.

I am overall enjoying this but I’m not up for that today.
