There isn’t really anything going on in the story at the moment other than some strategizing and skepticism on Sephone’s motives - but im telling you if anything harmful happens to Thraigg…😭 that would actually break me! Fingers crossed our outspoken dwarven friend stays out of any dangers ahead!

The fact that their magic is flaring after months of being dormant at just the slightest brush of hands…this is the type of yearning I NEED in a book. The tug, the prickle, the not knowing but deep down they do, that the other is near has me swooning!

Okay before I finish reading this page, I swear I called it when I first started reading about Lee and Meryn - he has to be someone important! And I think I’m about to read that he is actually Killian! I will report back as soon as I confirm if I’m right! 🤭

Oh boy the wrath of this wraith is something I’m looking forward to seeing more of! She truly is filling into her role and standing her ground. I’m loving this no bullshit Scarlett!

I really like the age of this FMC! As a 31 year old myself, it’s nice to have a story of someone who is a bit older and a little more normal.

I loved this duet, so I wanted to re-listen to it!
Here’s my thoughts so far (possible spoilers):
- I totes forgot she was a baddy/serial killer!
- her mom being a Syblle and her sister being murdered, ugh poor thing just couldn’t catch a break!
- not seeing in color would be crazy! 😳
- I forgot about the flashback memories! I love that honestly.
- Bane? Why don’t I remember this?
- oh right a marrow!

Chapter 15 of the flashbacks with his mom after what happened at the end of the last book just made my heart break 🥺😭

Aras parents falling in love?! Yep I’m here for it!!!

There are so many similarities to this and TOG, but man the characters to me just feel so different! Like this story has its own feel to it and I’m glad for that! Lovinggggggg the dynamic with all of them and the relationships! I also love the fact that the FMC doesn’t actually know what she is or is making it seem that way!
