ok i’m 55% the way through this and im still waiting for something to turn this into a thriller/crime.. but im still going back for more and more each chapter and i know it’s getting there, so it’s still keeping me locked in. The rage bait at the moment is the awful MIL. Geezzezz

it’s slow.. but still enjoying. the way Jane describes a dying town with lots of links to grief is just so way to be immersed in

god i love jane’s writing style. i’m 5 chapters in and hooked, i feel like im more and more inside the book with each page

funny, witty, sarcastic, short chapters (say less), deep, emotional, i am loving this.

this is already heaps better then the second book

i am really enjoying this book so far. I didn’t realise
it was based around the characters as ghosts but i really enjoy their “perspective” and deals with different areas of grief. really makes you think at times

so far i am thinking i will love this book. regular characters meets fantasy and magic so far.. not sure where it will go but i am thinking i will really like it
