Here’s to hoping that this book will get me out of my slump

Only reading this book because it shares its name with a pub I liked—also, for Devney Perry.

So far, it’s much better than the first book. There’s still a lot of world-building going on, which I surprisingly don’t mind because of how ethereal the picture created by the author is. I love the new character introductions—it feels like there’s a lot coming up.
