this is so bad oh my god. the people saying this is LOTR adjacent must be illiterate IM SORRY

when you start an adult rated book and it’s in first person POV… ugh

okay okay i like where it’s going more

it’s not bad, it’s good, but not what i was expecting really

okay while this is beautifully written and i love CG Drews, i hate this book. i hate elodie and i hate jude. yet i don’t need to like characters to enjoy a book if its well written, so very interested to see where this goes

this is rly good so far?? interested to keep reading and see why people are so divided on this based on reviews (tho sometimes feels like whenever we get plot lines of both past and present people struggle, idk if that’s just levels of literacy or preference or what but as of rn it’s the only thing i can think of)

B. dreading finishing this cause then i gotta wait till May
