Ive finished this book and would like to say something directly about it without comparing. sometimes I feel like writing a review a day later ruins all the magic in it. So what I'm saying is: it's dark, it's understandable, you hate Talasyn, then you hate Alaric. You feel her feelings so much. the feelings are understandable and yet you also hope for the best. That's what I want from books, that I can empathize.
