Okay, the end few issues were pretty great.

The detective comics annual was stupid as hell, the Green Arrow one was great, the Question one was... fine. I'm still waiting for the part where this run supposedly gets excellent, but I'm starting to suspect it won't come.

Vic literally picks up and reads a copy of Watchmen!?

Some lame issues, not gonna lie.

The first episode of that military two-parter was a little weak, the second was great.

Santa Prisca arc was a bit of a miss for me.

A few issues that are hit or miss, but the hits definitely outnumber the misses, and when it hits it really hits.

In retrospect I should have picked up on the parallels here with Ellis' Moon Knight sooner, but this latest issue especially explores some of the same ideas that he would also do later.

A page turner. Not everything lands, but it's come together in a way I didn't expect when first starting it.

There's some commentary about the history of the comics industry that I have enough knowledge to pick up on and mostly understand, but maybe not *fully* grasp. Not enough context as I'd ideally like, I suppose.
