so far, there's unreliable narration reminding me of richard papen in 'the secret history' but in the context of experiences by angus tully in the film 'the holdovers'

i appreciate how quickly jen abandons logic and works on figuring out the core of the mystery instead of wasting time, but at the same time, it's like nothing has changed past day one. staying hopeful, though!
