ok it’s already way more enjoyable than the other two and that’s pretty much entirely bcos Kiro is such an endearing & fun character (and gives off chaos bisexual Rozanov vibes)

nobody ask me why im continuing with this series despite really not enjoying the first one (it definitely maybe has something to do with being funemployed) (and the fact that someone told me David is less evil in this book)

ok he's not actively as much of an asshole as in the first half but i'm still just kinda baffled as to what i'm missing / why there's so many 5 star reviews?? like ok i get it, from the constant never-ending insight into David's thoughts he has a lot going on but the writing isn't making me warm to or feel empathy for him in any way

started this last night and lemme tell u it is only out of complete stubbornness & spite that i will be finishing it bcos one of the main characters is such an asshole that i can’t figure out why anyone would be genuinely invested in this couple
