Did the author get paid by Pepsi? I’m supposed to believe it’s hundreds of years in the future, and PEPSI is still around and relevant while no other modern corporation is name dropped? Just call it a “rum and coke”. That’s a generic name. “PepsiRum” ruins the immersion.
