okay so at first i was worried that i didn’t like the writing. cuz it’s a lot of overly detailed sentences that felt a bit much. but as the plot develops, i find myself no longer bothered by the writing. i’m actually really enjoying this !

I was struggling to enjoy the beginning because it felt like all the characters were one-note. "Here's this super specific characteristic about them! That is all we know and what I'll talk about ad nauseam." Anyway, it's been better these last few parts. I think around part 3 it started to get better.

I keep adding a bunch a books that I read YEARS ago, so sorry for completely taking over your feed :P

I've reached my reading challenge goal AGAIN! First goal was to 12. Then to 20. Then to 30! 30 books read so far this year (2025)! Now I gotta increase it again. New goal: 40 books :0

Took a big break in reading (a few weeks?) because I was reading a book I didn't very like, and also depression... but I'm back!

I've now had to update my 2025 Reading Challenge goal TWICE now! My first goal was 12: completed! And my second goal was 20: also completed! So, I'm updating my goal to 30! Let's go!
