Update: Finished "At Tihkons", better known for Stavrogins 'Confession'. The most insane chapter I have read ever. I'm not sure if I resonated with this chapter due in part to being Eastern Orthodox, but i've never enjoyed something so profound. Unbelievable, really.

Book is a little confusing up to this point. Starting to piece together the concepts and contensions between Fyodor Pavlovich and his 3 sons. I really like the Elders. Great read so far!

Very good book, just a hard read, very intellectual. Perhaps too much so for a new inquirer with knowledge paling in comparison to that of St. Maximus. However, enjoyable!
