Wow! So many amazing and inventive recipes. Truly inspiring and exciting. Can’t wait to try cabbage carbonara, marinated celery salad, and fennel and lentil aveglemono, to name a few recipes I have starred. Also there is an umami chili crisp made with porcini mushrooms! I got this from the library but I may have to buy this one to have on hand.
