I am well past the target audience for this book and I may give it 1 star if I force myself to finish it

Wow two sexist strikes in a row, can we get three? Not only is one of the main characters only friends with guys because girls are more drama, but one of the other main characters also thinks she looks prettier without "all that stuff on [her] face." And she doesn't think she's pretty, of course

We are so back with reading. This is such an interesting relationship dynamic that I am so invested in

The writing is significantly better than the first, so now I can actually focus on the plot

I can't tell if slipping into different POVs in the same section is on purpose or not

I keep reading Allomantic as alloromantic and it messes me up

I will be dropping a star from my final rating because the main character is addressed by first name, last name, and title. It changes every time he's mentioned, which is a lot considering it's third person
