Many of the refugees who have settled here in Ragusa are from Ghana, so I am interested in learning more about it than as a place people flee from. Intriguing. Several themes weave through the story: autism, women in police, corruption, international scams. Technology feeds the scams but also adds creativity to the treatment of autism.
