this book is the love child of “we’re all going to the worlds fair” and “I saw the tv glow” and I think it’s my favorite Schoenbrun media thus far.

This is the book I’ve been reading before bed and am moving so slow because I’ve been too tired lately

I’m gobbling this up. I love the premise, the queer representation, the liminal but also cult horror.

I will probably finish this but am not really connecting with it.


I think it boils down to the different time skips are hard to keep track of in the audiobook format that I am listening to.
