Based on the time to given on Goodreads, I read this book and 8 days I feel like it’s been longer than that / this may be the best book for me out of the trilogy. I do think this is gonna be one of those trilogies not quite like Harry Potter, and a little less than hunger games but always remembered and always reread for years to come

More of the story there’s a few we need community for growth and healing as people never tear. Some people are willing to die for some people are worth dying for out of love for them. It’s important to be selfless yeah people make mistakes that doesn’t mean that they’re not worthy of love or care I was in the case of Caleb and Beatrice still chose to die for him.

In the end, Tobias came to the conclusion that, although we’re all hurt, and we all go through things the only thing the only way that we heal is with one another in our community, and that it was important for him to keep up with his friends

Noooo woah woah woah when they told Tabias she was dead after sieving the death serum then being shot I thought he’d run to meet her and they’d figure something out and she’d be alive. I think she’s actually gone bc at the beginning of this chapter he’s recounting the first time he met her😣 she was shot in the head or neck bc she said she felt blood on her chin but somehow I thought she’d be alive

Blaming “genetic damage” for people who are desperate acting desperate is stupidity. Actually bc if you’d just THINK you’d understand. If you strip people of resources, KIDNAP thier families, and come in “patrolling” the place OF COURSE they’d fight back and that’s natural that only makes sense

This book has changed the dynamic of the story and their life so drastically it feels like it’s all happening so fast, now that I only have 4hour left in the book I can’t see how this will all wrap together and I think it’ll be a lot all thrown in at once and a lot of suprises

That lady said Anita is going to jail for life and not executed bc “we don’t believe inciting capital punishment for the genetically damaged” WTH? That’s so offensive, like do they not have a conscious and free will as well?

CRAZY Annita is A LIAR!! Just like Trish said when Tabias was talking about “I know when someone is lying to me” and he didn’t
- they said they want memory serum but they are actually going in for the death serum

The experiments, the cities put together by the bureau, can be “reset” everyone in the city memory will be erased and they’ll have to restart again, restart life, told a story of what they’re meant for or who they are
