This book is very informative, just not captivating. It’s taking me quite some time to digest it all. Some of the earlier experimental surgeries seem to be outright morbid and done with very little regard for life.

Whitney is the reason why I would NEVER get a roommate. She is also the reason why I would never invite a friend who’s down on their luck to stay with me for a few weeks.

I think I’m going to hop off the Freida train for a little bit after this. It’s been a rough start with this one and it isn’t grabbing my attention the way her previous works did. For starters, the ridiculous name of quillizebeth threw me all the way off. The man gets promoted only to be fired a week later?! And the neighbor from hell?! Yea no thanks. lol

I think the pieces are starting to come together!!!

Not so much a slow burn as people in my Facebook described, I just haven’t had time to buckle down and read it. I’m sold on Lucy not being the killer, but also neither is Matt. I think it’s someone that was close to her at one point. Def not the parents

I love the way this story is coming together. The snippets of the interviews, the way Lucy carries herself, and I really like how the people who seem to have been in her corner from the day of the incident (her dad, Nina, and Emmett) still haven’t folded. I can’t wait to find out who is lying.

Finding myself in a reading slump, but I am enjoying the time I get to stop and read. I do wish this was more of a memoir, not just a retelling of her time on the bench and the amazing things she has done for human rights , more specifically women’s rights. Her husband was so devoted to her.

The first pages showing the pop culture wave of RBG was very nice. She’s such an icon that created a movement, and I love seeing that even in her last days, she stayed true to herself from beginning to end . I can’t wait to dive deeper in.

Ok ok ok.. isis has a defense mechanism to protect herself! I love that for her ! But I hate what happened to her . Quan is MY GUY!! And finally Asha isn’t so irritating. I love that she’s understanding there is more to life than being hard up for everything! I’ll probably be done by tomorrow. Looking forward to joining Grangers patreon.

My favorite part of this series is when they move through the doors. There is something so amazing about them being able to blip themselves into other countries, cities, states etc. that moves the traveler in me . It’s starting to pick up a bit and I’m still quite curious about Maze’s pregnancy. Also, why is Bellamy avoiding his sister all of a sudden ?!

Perseus is a coward. Athena is disgusting. Medusa was raped in a temple and subject to cruelty because of what was done to her. The fact that she led him to her, assisted in her execution. . Just reinforces my personal opinions about a lot. This story is making me angry. So glad I’m almost done though.
