Do you ever love a book so much and yet your reading motivation is no where to be found? I’m so sad that I can’t just lock in because it’s so good. I want to cosplay this couple too.

I’m kind of addicted to the mcs

I like this one it’s almost playful at times

I’m hoping this is my last day with this book, it’s okay, just not my speed I have to think.

I’m not sure how I feel still. I want to finish this tomorrow but

I’m.. moving real slow with this one and it’s making me so sad but also… the main character is kinda odd and hard to get used to. But he’s growing on me with his weird mannerisms. And briar our other main character might just be too bitchy in most interactions at the moment for me. It’s okay though, nothing terrible, just me trying to acclimate.

Why am I moving so slow 🫪

I like the premise and the characters are growing on me but I do think A Bone in His Teeth was better for my personal interests.

I don’t know if I like this main character a whole lot but I’m gonna give him a chance.

I’m the fool for not expecting this good of a storyline to accompany a lusty fantasy romance. Give me 500 more stat.

I can’t tear my eyes away, but I am so tired.. this book is just as mesmerizing as the cover.

This is hitting so good, nothing like reading this while it’s raining cats and dogs now only if it was chilly too! These characters are well written and you can tell the author spent a lot of time trying to make sure this book exudes the intended themes well.

This is really dark so far, and I hope to finish it soon. Not sure where all the negative reviews come from. if you open a severely dark horror novel and expect little jumpscares and thrilling moments you’re not gonna enjoy this sick and twisted type of book. The main character is absolutely disturbed, and that’s the point. The WHOLE point. Maybe once I finish I’ll understand more?

What is wrong with me

It’s coming, I’m breathless and scared and still so sick to my stomach.

My stomach hurts I don’t know if I’m ready. I’m shaking. I’m nervous. But I’m so proud watching all the growth of these characters. Holy crap. To think of how much story these books actually cover.. never thought I’d actually finish the back half of this series this year.. but.. here we are 😭

I am creeping along because I have been super busy but also because I’m scared to finish. It’s been almost two years with this series and it’s just gonna hurt to rip the bandaid off. Maybe this weekend will yeild some results we shall see!!

Six hundred and twenty pages left of this series and it has me feeling many things.
