It may not be decorous to say aloud, but we women — rich,poor,uneducated — are at the mercy of our bodies: the cycles of the blood, patterns of energy, the depth and complexity of our feelings.

For no reason that I can identify, the silent tears come.

Sometimes we only see what we want to see and what will serve our own purposes.

Whether animal or woman, we are a man’s best possession

Your own body is a manifestation of God, and if you honor your body everything will change for you.

Don’t make assumptions

Don’t take things personally 👏

Be impeccable with your word. “ Use the word to break all those teeny, tiny agreement that make you suffer”.

And the limit of your self-abuse is exactly the limit that you will tolerate from someone else.
