The format alternates from a long chapter to a short chapter which is a reflection or main message of the long chapter before that, which is good because the long chapter can be really long actually. If it was all packed with long chapters it would have been difficult to read through.

I liked the first few chapters of this book when he talked about his childhood days.

As his narration morphed into his SEAL training days, that's where my attention drifted and began to read fleetingly

I admire his tenacity, grit and strength, though I don't think a normal human would or should push themselves to that kind of level.

It's a very long read in my opinion. The book is structured according to each behavior and I find some ideas and explanations repetitive so after awhile it gets less engaging.

It's my first time reading such type of books, identifying human personality/behavior types. It does give me a new perspective. Also just for fun, I start to "diagnose" people with their possible color types.
