actually she has the right to be dramatic nevermind

This Naoko girl is so intense lol but her music taste is legit gold

no one told me this was a horror book FUCK

They get extra points for quoting the beatles on chapter 1 but bro what is going on, the footnote writer keeps talking about his life on the footnotes fsr, i hope this leads somewhere interesting.

running theory: Evelyn Hugo is gay

this book is funny, so well written and honestly i've learnt so much about judaism through it that it's kind of insane

this book is so milenial. the whole "i'm just a regular girl with a hair bun that loves to write and i randomly get this insane opportunity" for any average girl to feel reflected in the narrative is too cliche, if this was better written there's no way the protagonist would have pulled off that book deal. also the OBSESION with social media and hastags... so millenial it hurts

i knew this was gonna be a great book but i didn't comprehend to what extent til i picked it up. Also i love that is so short and nice

crazy book

pretty sure Lewis Carroll just took some shrooms and wrote this but it's so enjoyable, Alice is so polite and british and lowkey the disney film was so accurate

remarkably british, indeed a ver nice read

learning more about Kabbala than i'd ever have otherwise tbh

book kinda weird but i'm learning a thing or two at least

very autistic very religious people discuss the torah the bible and a thousand other things but i'm actually learning so like idk

lowkey this book kinda weird but it has it's funny moments

es como la guia del autopista galactico in a very good way

Somehow the fact that the main character is into a woman is actually more surprising than the fact the woman he fucks is his friend's mom

“Love must not beg,” she said, “nor demand either. Love must have the force to be absolutely certain of itself"
