Gotta be honest, still having trouble remembering which character is which.
I’m doing audiobook because I can’t stay still, and maybe I’m just not locked in, but it takes me a minute at the beginning of each chapter to realize whose pov we’re watching and even then, I’m so confused as to when there started to be crossovers??
It’s still spaghetti to me, but imma trust it and keep going

Trying it as an audiobook so I don’t keep keep rereading the same parts over and over and get stuck again

Not my mouth dropping open when I hear that Blake’s mom’s name is Valerie. Fuuuuck sullying the name!

Still have yet to read a story that doesn’t blatantly objectify women or mention a man looking at a woman in a way that is reminiscent of some type of s*xual violence case. The most mediocre of man is the hero, & the trained, ‘filled out in all the right places bombshell’ female agent is fueled by explosive emotions and in need of his rescue. This far in, I’m starting to think I don’t like thrillers at all

It’s a tough start for me to get into with so many names and places of things I just can’t keep up or remember. I’m reading each page more than once trying to just understand what’s happening and it’s not really working. I think I fucked up (personally) reading the prologue with it having 3 different timelines in 3 different segments with 3 different pov. Hopefully I can just read quicker & comprehend soon
