Guys I promise I am reading this I have just been so incredibly tired for no reason the past couple of weeks lol. Gonna try and binge the rest

Figured I can't truly call myself a lover of fantasy if I haven't even read LOTR all the way through. About time for a Hobbit re-read anyway!

So far this book is just people roasting each other in the most elegant way possible and I am thoroughly enjoying it

This book is lowkey taking me a while to read because it's long and I am busy HOWEVER: the slow burn is slow burning and I am OBSESSED

I don't usually do progress updates but I am just not feeling this book.... The characters and the world building are bland, the dialogue is cringe, and the story isn't immersive at all. Sad because this book was so hyped and I lowkey bought the whole series bc I thought I would enjoy it more. Hopefully it gets better 🤷‍♀️

How are we halfway through the book and nothing of significance to the plot has happened yet 🫩
