disturbing, very beautiful prose (i highlighted whole paragraphs), hard to put down so far

(also my second book about cannibalism this year/ever, with a very different setting and vibe from the first ... not sure if i enjoy cannibalism as a metaphor for craving love all that much, compared to purely as a horror element / a grim survivalism trope? but the writing style just really does it for me with this one)

Man merkt dass die Autorin Spaß beim Schreiben hatte und extrem viel Arbeit was ein großer Pluspunkt ist!! Der Schreibstil ist fesselnd

Aber es kommen soooo viele komplizierte Namen vor, und Umgebung und Worldbuilding sind finde ich zu wenig beschrieben... Teil 2 vom Buch und ich weiß immer noch nicht was genau der Unterschied zwischen Goblins und Elfen ist (außer Haut- und Haarfarbe und (??) die Ohren)
