I’m ngl this has been an incredibly hard read for me, mainly thematically but also pacing-wise

I’d actually forgotten how good Cassandra Clare js at writing the most heart wrenching descriptions known to man. What do you mean she leaned toward him, “swaying like like a tree whose branches were weighted by snow”????

Time to revisit one of the best series ever made 🤌
