I might DNF this? I hear it’s supposed to be good, but idk if the writing style is compatible with my ADHD brain. The overuse of similes and metaphors makes the writing more colorfully complicated and complex than it needs to be. It’s distracting. A scene that could’ve been described in one page takes two with all the colorful fluff.

First impression is that the language is overly flowery and main character reminds me of Calaena Sardothian but more annoying.
