Chapter 10 killed me. Finally I get to hear what happened with Ohil and Ed but that’s not what I expected at all. Beautifully written I started to tear up. GUCK ED

I really enjoy the book so far especially coming from The Wedding people. My only issue is keeping track of all the characters and their interrelationships. I need a character tree to keep track.
Also I predicted that Ed was gay and Phil found him in the bathroom.

I’m not loving this so far. I haven’t read it in like a week and it kinda feels like a chore. However, I did just finish the second chapter and learned about Matt and her divorce. She clearly has some serious insecurity issues. Really weird sexual fantasies too idk.

I told myself I have to finish it tho

Just started. Weird that it’s set in current day. Don’t love that for some reason idk just seems corny. Like stop mentioning covid and using the term gen x

She finally spoke! I’m so conflicted about believing her story about the man. Theo is adamant that she’s telling the truth but maybe everyone’s right and he has been seduced by her without even knowing. OR, if the man isn’t real and he’s really just an imagination to help her cope with killing Gabriel, then this is lowkey shutter island. Also you get em how u lose em, Kathy been a cheater

Knew the Dr was Christian

I’m ending on a cliffhanger cus I gotta sleep. I just read Alicia’s diary once the man starts following her ending with him inside the house. I’m conflicted bc logically I think Alicia is just having an episode like when her dad died BUT I have hope there’s a great twist and this guy is real. Still think it might be Christian and he framed her to treat her bc he’s obsessed w her. Theo loving her felt pushed

I can’t put it down! It’s getting so good but slightly hard to keep track of all the characters being introduced and Alicia’s backstory given some of the characters may be lying.

Prediction: the alleged Dr Alicia saw after her suicide attempt, or so Max claims, is Christian.

Q: Why did Alicia’s dad protect her from Lydia? Did he live with Lydia and her son w/ Alicia? Confused

Good so far. I’m excited for Theo to start working with Alicia. Really short chapters which is interesting but kinda nice
