Sometimes I get mad at my younger siblings and wanna tell them to get lost. But saying "dafa ho" is too rude to my siblings, at least in my house. So I came up with a clever solution by spelling the word out so I'd say daal fe 'ain ho jaao.

And today I found out that this is an actual muhavara in Urdu !!!! How crazy is that 😂😂I came up with it, and it's an actual thing being spoken for 200+ years.

I think every poet has his bads and goods. Take Ghalib, as much as I like him, some of his ghazals and shers are just MEH and can be discarded. As much as Faiz's a good romantic poet, some of them are just meaningless. And the list goes on. So with Iqbal, I like some, I don't like some. Today's read was comparatively much better. I wanna finish and move on from him now. Please end soon.
