I'm thoroughly enjoying this book & I love the detailed notes on further reading at the back of the book. This is fuelling my intrigue!!

First impressions; the author has matched the writing style well to Natalie's character; it has a disciplined, clean feel to (how she self-describes) & it portrays both her hatefulness, fakeness & her idealised conceptualisation of life. I physically cringed at describing girls as "rainbows and fluff, personified"

I'm only 41 pages in & I'm enjoying this book. I've been watching a few dinosaur documentaries recently, but I'm always left with more questions; I've been curious about the technologies that are used in dating fossils & how they extrapolate Dino behaviour etc - info that's often left out! This book is wonderfully feeding me the Knowledge that I crave!! 😆

I so love reading books by T. Kingfisher, her writing is comforting and the stories are gripping from the first page!

I'm slowly working my way through this workbook, it's a great tool to help understand Autistic Burnout and manage a recovery plan. It's got great exercises & conveys information in an accessible way. I'm only party-way through but I'd already recommend this book to any Autistic people struggling with burnout.
