Got this book for Christmas, I have no idea what it’s about and there’s no blurb anywhere on the book. But each chapter is like a page or two so it should be an easy read so why not. Plus I left all the books I haven’t read at college and I only have 4 others at home

I actually started this right towards the end of thanksgiving break but got too distracted with schoolwork to add it to Goodreads lol. So cutee, probably my favorite from the Maple Hills series so far!

I think whatever the evil is, has been or is about to consume Kaltain Rompier

I think Celeana has some magical background herself. Or maybe she has her own royal relations.
I’m also lowkey scared that Chaol is gonna turn evil at some point in the series.

I also have a theory that Cains ring is some magic jewel that’s either helping him win, protecting him, or it’s involved with the killings of the competitors somehow.

Nox better not die or be the murderer, I swear. I’m too attached

I officially got invested in the book and the story on page 65! I was already liking the book but it was like a switch went off and I just wanted to keep reading. And I really like the dynamic that’s building between Celaena, Chaol, and Dorian. It’s always easy to get into new books when the characters are as like able as these 3 are.

Let’s see how far I get today.

I like the book so far, it’s cute and Jude is a really fun and well thought out main character so far. I’m excited to see how the rest of the book and series goes and see how much I like it overall!
