finally succumbing to the pressure

She’s such an amazing writer. Although this book is a hard read mentally, it’s a great book so far. She has such a great presence as a writer — it feels like i’m almost like a ghost standing over her shoulder as she relives her childhood

I don’t know if i just have a bad copy but the typos in this book are so frequent…it’s embarrassing. “Your” gets constantly confused for “you’re” and mic (short for microphone) is typed as “mike” and “chicago” was literally spelled “chicagc” with two c’s….it’s driving me insane lol :|

This book makes me miss being in high school and having a crush to obsess over lol

I don’t know why I just can’t get into this book after restarting it…it’s not bad at ALL but it’s taking me days to make any sort of progress ):

I started reading this a year ago and then got distracted and stopped halfway through. I decided to return to it thinking I could pick up where I left off but since I have the memory of a goldfish…I restarted (:

I was right about the DT killer but i’m curious to see how the book will end now…fingers crossed that it isn’t disappointing

Unfortunately, it’s pretty obvious who the DT killer is at this point (even though i’m not even halfway through) but it’s still interesting regardless

I’ve been reading this off and on for six months but I’m determined to finish it this year

The book is good so far. Not great but not bad and not particularly boring — just a slow burner like the last one in the series. Hopefully it picks up soon. I’m curious to see what the premise will be of this one.
