Well first of all this has been a good read so far. Completed part 1 out of 3, I am liking the writing style of author and her way of putting same event though different perspectives.
Nice and easy read, just what I need for my reading slumber.

To be honest I don't think I will continue this book.
There is nothing of note in the 2 stories that I have read so far. I was hoping to get a 5 star book because it was winner for "The international Booker Prize 2025" but i am truly disappointed.
I might read 2/3 chapters to see if it's worth continuing.

Just read first story.
Well nothing new, a reflection of patriarchal society that was accepted in 90s and even now in someplaces.
One thing of note from this short story:
How one declares one's eternal love that ceases to exist next moment.

Nothing of substance happen.
Well I did get a introduction of Beethoven's music and did find them interesting. Totally out of box for me. 📖

Holy cow!! It breaks all the taboos.
I had an inclination of what could happen but did not expect it to happen. Oh.. gosh and Murakami goes into the details. 😑

Well a lot happens in last 100 pages... I just read. Wow, have to give to the author, did not say the plot twist for Oshima.😵‍💫

One thing for sure, this book is bizarre. With all the brutality against cats 🐈.
