This book is making me feel weirdly uncomfortable but I can’t stop??

I purchased this book today at a market after talking to a lovely individual about it.. then realised Dime WAS the person I was speaking to, the literal author of the book so I had to buy it!
They also signed it 🥹 I didn’t want to crease the pages so I also bought it on the kindle ooops

Slowly getting through the last few books of this series.
First 3 were great, struggling with the final 3.
But I can’t just not finished it… 😂😭 I’m sure it’ll
Pick up 🤞🏼

The lady next to me on the train was reading “foul play” the next book in this series.
I mentioned we are reading the same series and she said “oh this is a series!? I just picked this up from the library and started reading it”
😂

Slowly but surely chipping away at this book and series.
Takes a lot more time and focus to really delve into what’s happening because I miss one line and have no clue what’s happening.. finding myself out back a few lines or a page to make sure I’m taking it all in!
So far, loving it.

The long chapters are hurting my small brain but so invented in this series!

Yes I am aware this is book #1 and I started on #2 ooops

Okay this is better than my attempt at A Court of thorns and Roses 😂
Definitely more my kind of book HAHA
