however if we ignore the satirically exaggerated disgusting/unethical behavior the pervades nearly every character in this book, this is a rather amusing critique of british academic circles.
im particularly captivated by the unusual importance of gender within the study of the tribe, the shelmikedmu serving as both an object of ridicule and validation to dr Ks own emasculated family role.

Ive changed my mind, everyone in this book is terrible
