this is fun we’re watching the play in lit because it follows the lines from the og exactly

it’s good it just takes so much work to appreciate it

the more i read the less i like it. it’s still good i think, but i’m kinda confused.

i really dislike mark. but everyone else is great. just reached part two where she’s about to go to guernsey.

augh, this is lovely. all the characters are delightful. i really like all the guernsey people, especially clovis. but honestly everyone is wonderful. i’m thoroughly enjoying myself :)

first official ap lit book! i actually like holden, i have laughed out loud multiple times. he’s not relatable for me, but he’s relatable as a teenage boy. he reads and has good thoughts on literature! “what really knocks me out is a book that, when you’re all done reading it, you wish the author that wrote it was a terrific friend of yours and you could call him up on the phone whenever you felt like it.”

i like jake. i like destiny. i kinda like ed. that’s about it. i don’t like the mom or the dad much at all.

this book is sooo longggg and it’s taking foreverrrr

man i’m already invested. ernie makes a great narrator. it’s been too long since i’ve read a good mystery.

losing my mind over the war analogies. we’re in a civil war right now? and God came in disguise? and He’s recruiting His army? and He offers the rebels a chance to come home? and we meet together at church to hear from Him like we would listen to secret war strategies? and He will invade one day and restore it once and for all? mind blowing.

literally just started this yesterday and already am shook

this is from the guys perspective which i must admit js quite fun

guys i’m not usually an audiobook gal but this is a 10/10 audiobook. more fun listening that it would’ve been reading. granted it’s taking longer to read this way, but it’s worth it. listening while cleaning or while going to bed is v fun.

we are BACK AT IT!!! been saving this till after my calc exam :)
