Just finished reading The Ballad of the Archer and the Fox, and it’s pretty good. I kind of wish it had been kept more fairytale-y, but it was really cool to read Jacks’ origin story. Plus, the book is gorgeoussss, but not sure it’s worth the thirty dollars 🩷

GUESS WHO JUST GOT HER FIRST JOB!!!

GUESS WHAT GUYS?!? I get to interview a REAL author!!! Her name’s D. Burns if any of y’all are curious and I really recommend her YA fantasy Feed Me to the Wolves. I’m so excited 🎉🎉

Actually criminal we never got a season 3 of shadow and bone with the Nikolai expansion pack (Zoya and The Demon) and a Nina x Matthias reunion

“I swear, all those in power do is distract you from the wrongs they’re committing until you forget.” 🤏🤏

Genuinely, why can’t these guys catch a break 😭😭

Absolutely not. Pierce Brown, sleep with one eye open. You did NOT just do what I think you did.

He did NOT just say he’ll be a “good boy” to his FATHER. I had to put the book down 😭😭

I think Remi should’ve been gay for Bernie. It has the whole “and they’ll say they were best friends” type thing going on. But alas, Lynn Painter doesn’t really include LGBTQ+ 😔

That is NOT how you sue the term “crashing out” 😔

Finished my review on The Odyssey!! It’s long, but it covers my thoughts on the book itself, EPIC: The Musical, and the Nolan movie. I’d love it if you checked it out! 💖

EURYCLEA WHY ARE YOU SO HAPPY?!? Girlie just walks out and sees a bunch of dead bodies and is EXCITED. I get the suitors were terrible, but there’s no way you see dozens of corpses and smile 😭😭

This poor boy. If he were alive in this day and age, he 100% would’ve dyed his hair by now

This girl is straight delusional

“‘Remembering is heavy. It lasts so long.’” Ivy’s and Greer’s relationship is a little too spot on for comfort. I hate friend breakups

I love this chapter

Bambleby reads smut 😭😭

Love In the Dark by Adele is very Stratt and Grace coded 🚀☀️

WHAT DO YOU MEAN KENJI AND NAZEERA BROKE UP 😭😭😭

“‘Juliette doesn’t require my assistance.’” THAT is what real love and trust looks like.

I’m sorry… I just saw the back description of Fracture Me and it says “Adam, Juliette’s first love, will do anything to get her back” as he’s actively rejecting plans for anyone to actually go get her back

I’m so sick of Adam treating Juliette like a child

I can’t with Adam 😭😭😭 my dude she’s a grown-ish woman and can handle herself thank you very much

Rereading almost two years later, and I can’t remember why I liked Adam in this book. He’s a bit of a perv ngl

The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo and Boyfriend by Dove Cameron

That’s it. That’s the update. 💚

Random Thought #1
Womb and tomb rhyme, but they house bodies at opposite ends of the spectrum of life. Interesting bit of symmetry

Baby by Madison Beer also just happens to be Madison Walker-coded. Lots of Madisons

I love the way Sarah Adams writes sibling dynamics with the Walkers and James and Tommy. It’s probably some of the best I’ve read honestly

I LEGIT have to take deep breaths to calm down because EXCUSE ME? I just realized something (no spoilers but I already HIGHLY RECOMMEND this and any other Center book) and it is making me freak out in the BEST POSSIBLE WAY

Cooper is QUICKLY becoming one of my favorite Katherine Center MMCs. He’s SO sweet and EXTREMELY whipped
