Book 2... I am reading 4 books right now, mind you. Two are fantasy, of course. I haven't picked back on this yet, but I love that this series is about two female best friends and that it's a fantasy series that never ends. :) I won't need to mourn any beloved characters anytime soon, MUAHAHAHA! My evil book worm plans to not feel empty inside after a book!!>:)

I wanted to check up on my Jane Eyre, grown but still 19(and that's a child in my eyes)... But my god, out of respect, I can not mindlessly read her life(especially as a governess to a French child). This book deserves my full attention.

I miss sweet Bessie. I hope Jane Eyre can see her again or have a female bond like that again.. I'm not so keen on this part turning into a love story yet. I'm indifferent-haha

September, I miss your whimsy and heroine nature. I only started this book a few days ago, and children's fantasy is the easiest for me to get sucked into...

To be honest, September feels like a long-lost cousin to Scarlet Well(main character in a fantasy book I'm writing). Or they're like kindred spirits.. that's how I feel towards dear September and her journey. I shall get a matcha and check up on her today!

Was feeling cynical and wondered how Esther is doing... When I first started this book, Esther was slightly unlikeable(which reeled me in deep), but she's growing on me. I forgotten how morbid the beginning chapter is; about the electrocution of the Rosenbergs. I need to inquire and ask my boyfriend about it so I understand the historical context better(war confuses me...).
I feel the blood slowly dripping back in..

First book, Sophie and Agatha have to navigate being put in the "wrong" schools. Sophie wanting to be a princess gets sent to the School for Evil whilst Agatha, goth with a full heart, was enrolled in School for Good. These girls made a happy ending, together and secret wishes that altered their fates, indefinitely.

The second book is A World Without Princesses.. where schools are now factions girls versus boys..

I relate to this orphaned child and grief she feels as well as her keen spirit towards injustice and her fantasy land of books.... if only Jane Eyre had 2 big sisters, then she wouldn't have to hold the grief all alone <3
