I’m not sure if I love or hate this. So different from the first and taking me forever to get through it

This book is like a love letter to Ireland. If I hadn’t taken an Irish history class a lot of the names and references would be going over my head (many still are)

NOT liking this but determined to finish

Picked this up in London and I’ve had this on my shelf for two years. Finally getting to it

Back into it after reading all the glimmering stars. Loving the imagery so far, I feel transported through the food and culture. Also loving the depiction of friendship, it’s been a while since I read a book centered on female friendship and it’s so sweet
