Dragged on and on....the last few chapters were okay and the ending depressive....wont bother reading another Icelandic book

Too long drawn ,very boring and took me months to finish it.

Engrossing from beginning to end.I loved it and highly recommend it

Very informative and thorough , I learnt more about Everest than I did from the other 4-6 books I have read on the subject of Everest and its tragedies and mountaineering successes, it overlaps many of the other Books and plays a large part in the tapestry of the lure of the mountain

pfffff I am really struggling, only halfway after a month and its still boring.
